Level Ground did a remodel of our master bathroom in the fall of 2013 and we hired them again to do a remodel of our kitchen, downstairs bathroom and entry way in the spring of 2014. They were very knowledgeable and conscientious on these jobs. The were easy to work with and communicate with during this work. They showed up when they said they would and worked with us when we needed to be out of town for a couple of days during the project. They did a great job and we are very happy with both results. We have received many compliments from people who come over and comment on their nice job.

perhaps best explained with an example: while working the master bath remodel (a portion of the whole contract), a major support beam crept into the design of the master shower space.

Luke and Phil could have stuck to the initial estimates of what it would take to move it out of the way but instead actually took the effort to come to us with a lower priced work-around.Now many may wonder what was so special about that – because yes, it did end up costing to move that beam out of the way. But to me, the difference was that it came across as their genuine intent to do a perfect job and not some attempt to make more money for themselves. And when you get into these sorts of remodels, you want to have a contractor you trust and are comfortable with and know they will do what ever they can to make you as happy as possible and as close as possible to the budget. That is where the value is.
